Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be less than 5% used and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
